PaperCut Software is currently looking for someone to join our Partner Enablement team to help support and guide our channel and customers.Reporting to the Global Commercial Operations Lead, this is a full-time hybrid role based in our Portland office 3 days a weekSome of the things you'll doYou will respond to partner and customer inquiries across product, commercial, administrative, and reporting requests, amongst others.You will create strong relationships with our partners, ensuring easy communication both ways.You will support Strategic  Partner Managers by generating reports and data pools, analysing data, identifying trends, and making recommendations where relevant.You will support global projects to increase engagement across Partners and resellers.You will support customer orders, purchase orders, cancellations, and payments.A little about you…You can work across an organisation to provide end-to-end solutions, understanding the value of different areas of a business brings to the product.You are able to build and drive technical and creative relationships.You can articulate how complex technical solutions can solve a customer problem.You understand the end-to-end product licensing process.
