Roles & Responsibilities Strategy Research: Contribute to business strategy process design forPowersports Categories. Insights:o Analytics: Study trends and share insights basis Internal data.o Internal Insights: Identify and share business opportunity, threats, andanalysis.o External Insights: Competition strategy mapping: online and offline,identify emerging market trends.o Research: Conduct and drive research and analysis of buyers and sellerswith an objective to drive better experience. Initiatives: Design proactive initiatives with cross functional teams to meet goals– Awareness, Trust and Supply (NA & Global)Strategy Manager plays a key role in the team, you should have committed data drivendecision-making, excellent business judgment, the ability to plan and prioritize, ability toencourage and lead cross-functional initiatives and teams, extraordinary verbal andwritten communication skills, and strong first principles (common sense).Basic Qualifications Post-Graduation preferred 4+ years of experience in similar roles, Experience in eCommerce (or) Internetcompany preferred Project Management and Problem-Solving Skills Strong Analytical skills and highly comfortable with numbers Extraordinary social and interpersonal skills, including strong writing andspeaking skills Consistent track record of taking ownership and driving results Ability to both plan and implement Work within a dynamic environment and balance multiple priorities.
