Benefits CoordinatorResponsibilities:

Manage and administer multi-state leave of absence programs, such as FMLA, ADA, and PTO

Orientation with new hires and ensuring all documentation is input accurately

Administer and maintain employee benefits programs, such as health insurance, retirement plans, wellness initiatives, employee assistance, and other benefits

Communicate and educate employees on the benefits programs, policies, and procedures

Process enrollments, changes, terminations, and claims for the benefits programs

Coordinate and assist with benefits orientations, open enrollment, and wellness events

Resolve benefits-related issues and inquiries from employees and vendors

Will sit in the front desk area assisting any walk-ins, answering emails via outlook, and assisting Branch Manager with invoice tracking in Sage system.

Requirements:

Must have experience managing and and administering multi-state leave of absence programs, such as FMLA, ADA, and PTO

States include: OR, WA, CA, NV as well as 15 other states for remote employees

Ideally would like this person to have Associate Degree and 2-4 years of related Benefits Administration experience, but flexible for the right person with LOA experience

Extensive knowledge of employee health benefits and applicable laws

Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to multitask and establish priorities

Ability to maintain organization in a changing environment

Exhibit initiative, responsibility, flexibility and leadership

Pay: $36.05 - $38.46Shift: Mon-Fri, 8am-5pmEnvironment: Hybrid work environment - 50/50 from home or office and the ability to choose your days as long as you are getting work done efficiently.Dog friendly work environment.
