Description Charlie Gilmur with Robert Half is in the process of recruiting an Accounts Receivable Manager to our team, based in PORTLAND, Oregon. This position is an integral part of our company, where you'll be managing a team and handling customer-related responsibilities. You will be operating in a hybrid work environment, splitting your time between working from home and our office.Responsibilities: Oversee the workload and set goals for the Accounts Receivable team. Accurately report on Key Performance Indicators for the Accounts Receivable team, including chargebacks and balances. Actively manage customer bank deposits and handle the migration of customer ACH payments. Handle the setup of new accounts and administer trade customer credit cards. Ensure the accurate calculation and management of sales representative and partner commissions. Support the Accounts Receivable team in their daily tasks and assist in dispute resolution. Maintain and manage customer sales tax exemption certificates. Oversee the management of certificates of insurance. Liaise with sales and order fulfillment teams to ensure smooth cross-departmental communication. Collect daily cash receipts from our PO Box and make necessary bank deposits.Please contact Charlie Gilmur with Robert Half to review this position. Job Order: 03600-0013110357Requirements Proven experience in managing accounts receivable. Proficient in 3M, accounting software systems, and ADP - Financial Services. Familiarity with Concur and CRM tools. Comprehensive knowledge of accounting functions, including accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR). Strong understanding of auditing procedures. Ability to manage and oversee billing functions. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Management Accountant (CMA) certification would be an asset.
