ARCHITECTURAL CAD/ REVIT DRAFTER 1- 5 YEARS EXPERIENCE (Clark County WA)
Immediate part-time and full-time opening for Designer/Drafter for residential construction with 1-5 years experience.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
-Use Revit or AutoCAD Architecture for drafting and design of residential plan sets
-Ability to produce a complete set of construction drawings from red-lines and sketches
-Prepare plot plans, erosion plans, and storm plans for residential homes
-Update plans from truss, joist, and engineering documents
-Work with local municipalities to get jobs through permit
-Ability to create color rendering a plus
Knowledge of Revit preferred. Knowledge of 3D, 3D Max and AutoCAD Architecture, Residential Construction and Residential Structural a plus.
As a CAD Drafter, you must exhibit great communication and organizational skills. You must be team-oriented and able to meet deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy and quality. You must be capable of maintaining effective, professional and courteous working relationships.
