Job Description:

As a Mechanical Engineer, you will play a key role in the design, development, and optimization of manufacturing processes. Your focus will be on ensuring efficiency, improving production methods, and troubleshooting mechanical systems. You will work closely with our design, production, and quality control teams to help bring new products to life while maintaining the highest standards of performance and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, test, and evaluate mechanical systems and components for production lines.

Utilize practical manufacturing knowledge to improve and optimize production processes.

Collaborate with the production team to identify and resolve issues in mechanical systems.

Analyze mechanical failures and implement effective solutions to minimize downtime.

Provide hands-on support to the team, including guiding on technical manufacturing processes.

Assist in the creation of technical documentation, including blueprints, technical specifications, and maintenance schedules.

Continuously assess and improve existing manufacturing processes for cost-effectiveness and performance.

Ensure compliance with industry safety and quality standards.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.

Minimum of 3 years of practical experience in manufacturing engineering or mechanical design.

Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, including machining, welding, assembly, and automation.

Proficient in CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, etc.) and engineering analysis tools. 5+ years.

Read and understand 2D & 3D blueprints and structural drawings.

Ability to perform quality control inspections of critical parts.

Ability to analyze and solve complex technical problems with innovative solutions.

Knowledge of quality assurance processes and safety protocols in manufacturing environments.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with lean manufacturing principles.

Familiarity with ERP systems.

Project management experience.
