We have been providing land surveying services to the areas of Northwest Oregon and Southwest Washington since 1972. We specialize in Topographic Surveys, Monitoring Surveys, Construction Staking, As-built and Foundation Surveys, Partition Plat, Condominium Plat and Subdivision Plat preparation, Boundary Surveys, Property Line Adjustments, Property Research and Legal Descriptions, ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys, and FEMA Elevation Certificates.

We are seeking a motivated, hard-working and reliable person with a positive attitude, for a permanent, full-time position as a Field Survey Technician/Party Chief.
Qualifications/Attributes required:
-Ability and willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
-Good communication skills
-Background in math/geometry is a plus
-Ability to lift and carry moderate loads, over uneven terrain
-Willingness to be trained in how to use survey equipment, including levels, total stations/EDM, GPS, drones
-Able to walk, or stand for extended periods
-Able to follow basic instructions and work as a small team
-Clean driver's license and good driving history
-Ability to pass a drug-screening
