Drafter or designer using AutoCAD and Revit preferred but not required.
Design / Draft mechanical HVAC systems, dry side, and layout for projects in commercial buildings and K-12 Schools.
Draw floorplans, sections, details, riser diagrams, schematics, select equipment and prepare fixture and equipment schedules, and perform pressure drop and fixture unit calculations.
There is a small parking lot and street parking
Flexible hours, occasional overtime
Open to experience as long as they have mechanical and or structural drafting/design experience.
Autocad
Mechanical/structural background
- Able to hit the ground running within mechanical design in AutoCAD
- Project Management experience is a plus, will work into this
- Meet deadlines and have a sense of urgency balance with a casual culture
Training:
- depending on capabilities
- work with a team, get exposed to projects and gradually run with them
