C A Rowles Engineering & Design was founded in Central Oregon in 2004. We are a Civil Engineering & Building Design firm located in Bend, specializing in building design, land use planning, and civil engineering. Our staff holds professional engineering licenses in Oregon, Idaho and California with over 75 years of combined experience and 1200 projects completed.
