General Responsibilities
Under the direction of the Attendance and Reengagement Manager and Youth Workforce Program Manager, the Youth Services Specialist develops and conducts intervention strategies to increase attendance in our region's schools, and provides services to participants in the Youth Workforce program across the ESD 112 region.
Salary:
The full annual salary range is $54,672.71 - $66,518.37. Offers are made at the entry level of the range.
Assignment:
This position will be full-time, year-round and will serve the Clark County service region. The office is located in Vancouver, WA and the person in this role will travel to their assigned school districts in Clark County. Mileage will be reimbursed in accordance with ESD 112 travel policies and procedures.
Minimum Qualifications:
Associate's degree or higher, or two years related work experience.
Experience in an educational setting and/or vocational programs for youth 14 to 21 years of age.
Experience with at-risk youth programs and/or youth employment programs.
Experience managing or inputting information into a database.
