Each classroom is lead by a co-teaching team. Collaborating with their head teacher and support teacher, the preschool team is collectively responsible for the implementation, documentation, assessment and reflection of curriculum, emergent and planned, as well as any other project work and classroom related activities. We believe that to teach, we must first respect and work towards understanding our students, while proving enriching environments, child-led curriculum, and meeting them where they're at. Because we are a Preschool For All site, we serve many underserved families, and we expect teachers to uphold the school's values around racism and anti-oppression.
