Hancock Street Preschool is seeking a teacher for its three-year-old class which meets on Tuesday and Thursday mornings. The part-time position is salaried and begins August 2025, with some additional compensated duties and training prior to August.
Hancock Street Preschool is a cooperative preschool for three and four- year-old children located in Northeast Portland at Hancock & 16th Ave. As a cooperative school, HSP is a non-profit organization run by a parent community that is involved in decision-making, helps in the classroom, and provides other support to ensure the school's operations. Hancock Street Preschool is dedicated to excellence in early childhood education, providing a developmentally appropriate, play-based curriculum with meaningful real-world experiences.
Pay is dependent on experience and qualifications. The position is non-exempt salaried. Total compensation package for this part time role $22-25,000 annually.
