Change Manager

Meridian Technology Group is seeking a Change Manager.

Job Description: In this position, you will be part of a team completing a transformational supply chain management system implementation.This will be a fast-paced, high-profile project, and you will be part of a small change management team planning, prioritizing, and executing change strategy and tactics.
  • Communications and presentation creation skills required.
  • Previous large system implementation experience.
  • You must be comfortable collaborating, primarily remotely, with individuals in a range of roles from across the company. IT, Supply Chain and/or utility industry experience is a plus.

Experience Requirements:
  • Previous organizational change management experience, preferably with a utility or manufacturing/operations
  • Process experience
  • Corporate matrix experience
  • 5+ years as a Change Management Professional.

Required Skills:Candidate resumes are required to reflect evidence of delivery for all the following change management deliverables:
  • Stakeholder analysis, assessment, and engagement
  • Communications planning, development, and execution
  • Change impacts assessment
  • Training planning, development, and execution
  • Readiness assessment and adoption measurement
  • Stabilization planning and execution.
This position is located in Portland, OR. Consultants should reside in the area or indicate the reason they are willing/seeking to relocate. Also, interested Consultants must indicate they are willing to relocate at their own expense as this position does not offer relocation assistance.
