Local yoga studio on the search for a new team member to serve as receptionist and to care for our communal space. Commitment is 8-12
hours a week. These commitments include weekend hours.
We depend on our reception staff to be the first welcoming face students see, to help students with account concerns in a clear and communicative manner, to be supportive colleagues to our teaching staff, and to help keep our shared space clean. Enthusiasm for customer service, clear written communication skills, a willing grasp of technology, a careful eye to cleanliness and a love for movement and mindfulness practice are all necessary. Truly, fifteen years into this business and we can confirm, it's important to be excited about practicing at the studio for this very part-time job to feel like a good addition to your life.
We're hoping to find a person who is interested in building this position into one of greater responsibility which may include managing other staff members and organizing bi-monthly art exhibits.
Current shifts will be at our NE Killingsworth with the possibility of future shifts at our SE Hawthorne location.
Saturday morning and Wednesday evening availability required.
$17/hour
