A high-performing automotive dealership in the Westside Portland metro area is hiring an experienced Warranty Administrator to join our established warranty team. This full-time, onsite role is ideal for someone with at least one year of dealership warranty experience who thrives on accuracy, accountability, and teamwork.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Audit repair orders and supporting documents to ensure compliance with manufacturer and internal requirements
Submit warranty claims to OEMs and vendors accurately and efficiently
Clean and reconcile schedules to ensure warranty payments match submitted claims and follow up on discrepancies
Track claim status, rejections, and resubmissions to ensure timely reimbursement
Coordinate with service advisors, technicians, and accounting to maintain clear documentation and processes
Stay current with manufacturer updates, bulletins, and compliance requirements
WHAT YOU MUST BRING
Minimum one year of experience processing dealership warranty claims
High attention to detail and accuracy—especially with numbers and documentation
Familiarity with DMS platforms (e.g., CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, Dealertrack)
Experience working with warranty schedules or reconciliation a plus
Strong follow-through, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently
Positive attitude and willingness to be part of a collaborative team
