Position Summary:
Sunset Mini Storage is seeking a motivated Sales Manager to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys autonomy as well as collaboration and thrives in a relaxed yet fast-paced environment. Previous sales experience is a plus!
Key Responsibilities:
- Convert telephone inquiries into prospective tenant visits and lease agreements.
- Manage walk-in prospects to secure leases and maintain high occupancy rates.
- Maintain our customer base and referral program, ensuring a strong call-to-show ratio.
- Assist in maintaining office clerical tasks and the overall facility to meet the standards established by Sunset Mini Storage.
Qualifications:
- Proven sales and customer service experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-driven and dependable.
- Ability to work in a professional and relaxed office setting.
- Must have a reliable vehicle for performing various management tasks and errands, including bank deposits.
- Valid Driver’s License.
