Our RV park in Dundee, Oregon is looking for a full-time RV Park Manager

What you’ll do:

The Resort Manager oversees all aspects of resort functioning to attract guests and assure that they receive exceptional customer service and have positive experiences. The resort manager will manage communications, daily operations, and book keeping, and assure that the resort meets our financial goals.

Work Setting:

Our 65-space RV resort is located in the charming town of Dundee, Oregon in the heart of Willamette Valley Wine Country. Guests can enjoy access to a clubhouse and event space. Your job will include:

-Provide superior customer service to guests to ensure excellent experiences.

-Manage the resources and assets of the property, including buildings and amenities.

-Conduct marketing activities to attract new guests.

-Recruit, hire, mentor, supervise, and manage resort employees.

-Maintain the resort and ensure that it’s clean, attractive, and well-maintained.

-Handle guests’ concerns and requests with a positive customer service attitude to assure guest satisfaction.

-Maintain accurate records of all transactions, including reservations and on-site sales.

-In coordination with the DHR team, assist in managing the web site and other key social media and web marketing activities

-Develop and plan marketing activities to attract new guests.

-Prepare, manage and analyze the operational budget of the resort to improve its profitability.

-Other duties as assigned by owners.

Your skills and experience include:

- 5+ years of sales, marketing and hospitality experience, preferably in an RV resort or hotel.

- Bachelor’s degree, or a combination of education and equivalent experience.

- Strong operations skills and a thorough understanding of the complexities of this position.

- At least one year of experience in customer service and exceptional customer service skills.

- Excellent skills in Microsoft Office, CampHost, and other web-based applications.

- Valid driver’s license, good driving record and current auto insurance.

Job Type: Full-time on-site.

Pay: $40,000.00+ per year, depending on experience and skills. On-site accommodation available in a 2-bedroom apartment included in the salary package.

Performance bonus after one year of excellent performance.

Benefits: Paid time off, holidays, and sick leave.

Schedule: Day shift, M-F in person. Weekends as needed.

Ability to Relocate: Dundee, Oregon 97115. Relocate before starting work (Required).
