Self Storage Facility and U-Haul Dealership (East Vancouver off I-205 near Mill Plain Blvd) looking for someone to work SUNDAYS from 10:00AM-4:00PM and MONDAYS from 9:00AM-6:00PM, Total 15 Hours per week with the possibility for additional hours at sister locations within the Vancouver Metro area.
Starts at $17.50 per hour, paid vacation, paid sick days, three paid holidays per year, 25% employee discount on 100 square foot storage unit or smaller. With an additional potential to receive a monthly bonus of up to $100
Must have strong computer, phone and sales skills: Cash handling experience a plus.
Perform Unit and RV storage rental agreements
Perform various computer tasks as it relates to Storage tenants and their accounts
Process Payments & Deposits
Perform general janitorial maintenance, i.e.; the clean-out of vacant storage units. Sweep hallways, clean unit doors and property grounds, etc.
Renting out and cleaning the return of U-Haul trucks – includes moving trucks on the lot
Property management experience a plus - willing to train the right candidate. Must also be 18 or older, able to lift 50 lbs, have a driver's license, and a vehicle.
Good employment references and criminal background check required.
