Hours: monday-friday 8am-12 noon
this is not a remote position
Job Description:
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
-Phones and scheduling appts (primary)
-Customer service (primary)
-Data Entry/typing and sending out estimates (primary)
-safety checks via facetime (primary)
-customer communications, updates, schedules, etc (primary)
-follow ups to bids already sent on phone/email (primary)
-Organizing and maintaining files (primary)
-Microsoft office (excel &word) (primary)
-Team work to support office needs (primary)
-clean as needed
-other tasks or assignments as needed
must have experience in office work, be at least 18 years old and pass a background check.
