On a daily basis, you can expect to find yourself completing the following duties:
Compiles lists of prospective customers for use as sales leads, based on information from ad inquiries, trade shows, direct mail responses, dealer resellers, business directories, Internet Web sites, and other sources.
Makes outbound lead follow-up calls to potential and existing customers by telephone and e-mail to qualify leads and sell products and services.
Handles inbound sales lead calls to convert calls into sales and processes orders.
Processes orders and other supporting documents in an accurate and timely manner. Monitors the order through the system and sales process as necessary.
Other duties as assigned.

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide into all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
Must be detail-oriented and set high standards for accuracy.
