Our client operates a fast-paced office environment with extensive contact with clients and employees. They demand the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism in safeguarding client and project information.
SUMMARY
Inbound call agents do essential jobs with one of our premier clients in a state-of-the-art facility to handle potential claimant inquiries and claims. As an Inbound Call Agent, you are responsible for answering inbound and outbound calls and processing email, chat, and callback interactions.
PAY: $20/hr or $21/hr for verified Spanish Bilingual
BONUS: based on attendance and start date.
SHIFTS: Monday - Friday, 6 am -2:30
EVERYONE MUST ATTEND the first 5-day training from 7 am -3:30 pm the first week.
DUTIES:
Professionally answer calls and address caller inquiries as needed. Route calls as needed to the appropriate resources.
Perform research using available resources as needed to provide required information to callers.
Identify and escalate more complex issues to the research team
Complete necessary administrative work as needed and complete call logs accurately
Other projects as assigned by the supervisor.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Dependable and able to adhere to schedule
Must have attention to detail in a high-volume and sometimes stressful work environment.
Effective problem-solving and listening skills
Basic computer skills and data entry experience preferred.
Ability to sit at a station for long periods.
Prior call center or high-volume customer service experience preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
