Integra Supply is a family-owned packaging distribution company specializing in boxes, stretch wrap, bags, and janitorial supplies and we are looking for a new team member to join us as a Customer Support Representative. Position Summary:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role is essential to maintaining our high standards of client service and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities:

Provide outstanding service to customers via phone, email, and in-person interactions.

Process orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and satisfaction.

Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

Collaborate with warehouse staff to ensure accurate order fulfillment and inventory updates.

Assist with administrative tasks, such as maintaining records, preparing reports, and coordinating schedules.

Build strong relationships with customers, acting as a trusted point of contact for their needs.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in customer service or related roles preferred.

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an ability to connect with diverse clients.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in order processing.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with order management software is a plus.

A positive attitude and a proactive mindset, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications are a plus.
