What You’ll Do: As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the friendly voice of our company, delivering exceptional service to our valued customers.
Your responsibilities will include:
Handling incoming phone calls with professionalism and care
Collecting and transferring detailed information to the appropriate departments
Scheduling appointments efficiently
Performing accurate data entry and other administrative tasks

What You Need to Have:
Excellent Communication Skills: A must for this role
Knowledge of the Trades: Experience in the trades is a plus
Multi-Tasking and Organizational Skills
Computer Literacy: Essential for daily tasks

Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour

2 years of customer service experience (required)
