About us:
Hello Everyday is an early stage, Portland-metro- based startup focused on improving connectivity for older adults. Founded by 3 co-founders that bring passion, diverse business and technology experiences and significant lived experience with the care and wellbeing of older adults. The underlying technology (a small plug-in hardware device and an app that is installed on personal phones/ iPads) has been under development and testing for the past 18 months. We are looking to hire our first external employee, a CA to manage customer success.
About the role:
Be an administrative/ super-user of the technology after an initial training period. The CA will have the ability to not only learn how to use the device and app but also be able to demonstrate it to prospective users and help customers troubleshoot and answer basic questions.
The CA will travel to user’s homes to install the device, configure it to be on their wifi and demonstrate the key features.
This role requires a drivers license, their own vehicle, the ability to walk up at least 1 flight of stairs and carry up to 20 lbs.
He or She will also need to be able to field customer calls or emails and solicit feedback and liaison with the development team.
This role is currently budgeted to start at 10-15 hours / week and will likely scale to 20-30 hours per week in 3 months.
Candidates ideally live in the Portland metro region or have the ability to commute to the area.
This role is subject to a background check.
Salary: $20-22/hr. Benefits available after 6 months. Mileage reimbursed.
About the ideal candidate:
The ideal candidate is a former health care professional or educator
Demonstrated customer engagement and interaction experience.
Technology curiosity and patience with new users/ older adults are critical.
Above average familiarity with mobile technology.
Attention to detail and being organized will be important for success.
A college degree is preferred but not essential with relevant work experience.
