We are looking to hire a PART TIME (10-15 hours/ week) Club Crew. This person will start out as weekend fill in person and move to weekend mornings late September/early October, then likely transition to Weekend evenings and fill in late fall/early winter. Must be 21+ to apply.
Job Overview: As a Yacht Tubs Club Crew, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our customers. Your responsibilities will include assisting with boat rentals, ensuring the safety and maintenance of our fleet, and providing excellent customer support.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service: Help curate a wonderfully memorable guest experience. Greet customers warmly, assist with the rental process, and provide information about our boats, rules and safety.
Club (storefront) Maintenance: Maintain and ensure Club space is clean and tidy before, after and between rentals.
Safety Compliance: Conduct safety briefings for customers, ensuring they understand how to operate the boat and comply with local regulations.
Maintenance: Assist with routine maintenance and minor repairs for Club and equipment, ensuring all equipment is in good working order.
Inventory Management: Assist with maintaining inventory and restocking club supplies.
Assistance: Help customers with check in/out process, POS, loading and unloading boats, provide guidance during docking and assist customers with potential emergencies.
Environmental Stewardship: Promote responsible boating practices and encourage customers to respect marine environments.
Other reasonable duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Strong customer service skills and a friendly demeanor.
Great organization skills and attention to detail.
Basic knowledge of boating safety and operation (preferred), comfortable working around water.
Ability to work extensively on feet, perform physical tasks including lifting and moving equipment up to 40lbs.
Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
