Mexican Snacks & Candy Distribution.
Casa Bonita Distributor, INC is a full D.S.D. Service Distributor, servicing major Mexican Stores, Chain Stores, and Grocery Stores throughout Western Oregon and Washington State. ( Vancouver,WA to Salem, OR)
We are Currently Seeking a D.S.D Service Employee in charge of:
1. Candy & Snack delivery to established/existing stores & other major grocery accounts.
2. Ensure that all merchandise is fully stocked, properly faced and rotated to avoid expiration.
3. Maintain and develop a good business relationship with store managers to better serve and identify needs that will translate to additional sales.
4. Prioritizing Monday to Friday Availability
Schedule:
- Flexible work schedule
- Shift length: 8 hours
- Prioritizing Monday-Friday (some weekends but not often)
Days of Operation:
- Monday - Friday
- 32-40 hrs per week
Compensation:
$20/hr as Base Pay + some Commission after 4 weeks. Initial 4 weeks of employment, you will be in training and guaranteed $500/wk.
After a 2 months period, the position can move to base pay plus somr commission based on sales from team work.
Required:
- Must be at least 18+ years old
-Minimum 2 year experience in wholesale management
- Valid driver's license
- Clean driving record
- Ability to drive a 16ft. box truck
- Excellent customer service skills
- Must pass drug screen
- Must pass background check
- Ability to lift 40 lbs.
- Knowledge on how to use tablets & basic portable printer.
- Must be fluent in Spanish and speak average English (70% of management and customer base speaks only Spanish, be prepared to have to communicate in Spanish for a majority of your shifts)
