Park Manager Needed for 2 Low-Income Communities (SVDP) - Portland

We would love to see how you might fill our Community Manager role!

Position: Park Manager for small gated 60% AMI Community in Portland and Assistant Manager for larger 80% AMI Community 1 mile away in NE Portland near PDX

This is a full-time salaried management position with room for growth in area management. Housing is not included.

Bilingual with fluency in Spanish is desired but not required

Office Hours: 9:00 am to 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities:

- Communicate with residents and vendors via phone, email, and in person in a professional and timely manner.

- Enforce community rules and regulations.

- Issue notices as needed, including pay or quit notices, compliance notices, change of rent notices, and more.

- Conduct property inspections on both rental homes and manufactured lots.

- Conduct annual income certifications.

- General administrative tasks.

Requirements:

- Proficient in English and Spanish; Bi-Lingual is a HUGE plus.

- Excellent communication skills.

- Possess basic technology skills, including general computer skills, internet, email, phone, and printer use.

- Strong organizational & time management skills needed.

- Experience and knowledge of LIHTC preferred.

- Knowledge of Fair Housing laws and Oregon landlord-tenant laws is preferred.

- Experience with LIHTC or other Low-Income Management is a huge plus!

- You will be required to attend training for managing mobile home communities and understanding Oregon Landlord Tenant laws for mobile home communities in Oregon (paid by employer.)

Offered:

- $37,500 $42,500 DOE

- Vacation + PTO

- Full-Time
