Clear Financial Partners has an amazing opening for a Financial Planning Operations Assistant!

Your primary functions include the opportunity to use your skills and talents to prepare, process, and follow through on the creation, implementation, and monitoring of our clients’ accounts and financial plans.

Additional responsibilities include financial planning case analysis, account transfer management, gathering and entering data into software, paperwork processing, client service and follow up, preparing client correspondence, processing client financial transactions and other administrative and operational tasks as assigned.

Skills & and Qualifications:

Financial industry experience a plus.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, and Outlook is preferred.

Must bring proven analytical and independent problem-solving skills.

Must be willing and able to learn rapidly with a “whatever it takes” attitude!

Must be able to pass a background and credit check.

Our office is centrally located off I-5 and Highway 217 in Lake Oswego.
