Contracting Officer and/or Grant Writer Wanted

I am a video producer with the ability to apply for state and federal contracts. I also have a non profit which is eligible for grants. But the paperwork for accessing, applying and following the process to approval is very time consuming. I am looking for someone with experience with this process. I will pay you as a contractor/freelancer an hourly negotiable hourly rate, and I will pay you a bonus percentage of the amount of the contract if I win it.
