A part time Office Assistant is required for our Real Estate home office
Duties Include (But are not limited to):
Maintaining files and electronic records and databases
assisting with all accounting related duties such as Receivables, Payables, Invoicing, and Cheque Runs etc.
General office related duties as required
Excel worksheet experience is required
experience with city's building permitting process
Qualifications:
At least an Associate degree in accounting or finance
high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
Self motivated and highly organized
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Knowledge of MS Office, and ability to learn new systems
Reliable
Remuneration: $52/hr
Flexible hours: 8 hours per week and as needed
