Sea Reach Ltd. is an award-winning, full service exhibit design and fabrication firm located in Sheridan, OR. Sea Reach collaborates with private and governmental agencies in the design, production, fabrication and installation of interpretive and way finding signage and exhibits.
We are looking for a full-time accountant who will help us grow and maximize our profits. Someone who is hungry for a challenge and who wants to see their efforts flourish within a committed team. Qualifications
B.S. in Accounting/Finance required
Proficiency in Quickbooks online required
Self-motivated, highly organized, and detailed oriented
Work directly with owner
Ability to work in a dynamic setting and adapt to change
A deep commitment to honest, ethical conduct in all dealings and an ability to adhere to the company's core values
Excellent oral and written communication skills
A successful Field Accountant should be familiar with all accounting procedures and have a flair for numbers
Advanced computer skills (MS Excel, QuickBooks, Outlook, etc.)
Strong organizational and analytical skills
Positive attitude and team player
Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and financial reports
Accuracy and attention to detail
Aptitude for numbers
Ability to perform filing and record keeping tasks
Data entry and word processing skills
5 years experience

Compensation
$50-$60K depending on experience and hours. It may be possible to do this work in a 4 day work-week.
Duties include AP, AR, payroll, 401k, month-end reconciliations, income tracking and expense tracking by job. Prepare overhead cost analyses and track fixed assets. Must be able to complete forms required for Oregon Women Owned/Disadvantaged Business certifications, Boli certified payroll reports, Yamhill County personal property tax filings, and other tax filings as needed, and renew business registrations in Oregon and other states, ensuring our compliance with state and federal regulations. Refine existing and develop new accounting procedures for the business as a whole.
