Our team is growing, and we are looking for a dependable and customer-focused Taxi Dispatcher to join our team.
Job Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls and book transportation requests promptly and accurately.
Dispatch drivers efficiently using our dispatch software.
Monitor vehicle locations and communicate with drivers via phone, or app.
Coordinate scheduling to ensure timely pickups and drop-offs.
Provide excellent customer service to passengers and assist with any inquiries.
Maintain clear and professional communication with drivers and team members.
Qualifications:
Strong communication and multitasking skills.
Previous dispatch, call center, or transportation experience preferred, but not required.
Comfortable using computers and dispatch software (training provided).
Reliable, punctual, and able to stay calm under pressure.
Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
