Position: Maintenance Technician
Location: BB Camp (near Lincoln City)
Dates & Hours: Full time, Year-round
Salary: $19-22(DOE)/hourly non-exempt
Reports to: Facilities Director

Position Summary:
BB Camp seeks a dynamic, experienced Maintenance Technician to perform various non-routine and skilled maintenance activities on the facilities’ buildings, grounds, and equipment. The Maintenance Technician is responsible for assisting in maintaining and improving BB Camp’s physical spaces. This includes, but is not limited to, assisting in housekeeping and maintenance needs, cleaning common areas, maintaining and improving landscaping, and assisting on large ongoing maintenance projects.
The Maintenance Technician will report to the Facilities Director and work closely and collaboratively with the organization's staff members, campers, and guests.
Qualifications and Job Requirements:
High School Diploma or Equivalent
At least 1 year of experience in maintenance work preferred
Proven leadership and communication skills
Ability to work in a team environment and to collaborate effectively with several different stakeholders.
Excellent organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills
Proven experience in maintenance and repair activities
Prioritizes inclusivity within the work that is produced
Ability to be flexible and manage change
