Skills/Requirements
Valid Oregon driver’s license with an acceptable and insurable record
Eagerness to hang with mother nature, rain or shine!
Ability to work as a team (or doesn’t put the “I” in “Team”)
Good customer service skills
Strong communication skills
No sweat consistently lifting 60+ pounds
Ability to report on time daily (or Believes 10 minutes early is on time)
Appreciates Safety First
Complete assigned tasks in a safe, efficient and professional manner within the established timeframe (Gets the job done well, safely and on time)
Must be at least 18 years of age
Puts 100% effort and pride into quality workmanship
Preferred Qualifications (but not a deal breaker)
High School Diploma or GED
Past work history with a landscaping company
CDL or ability to get one
