Position: Housekeeper and Facilities Maintenance Assistant
Location: B’nai B’rith Camp, Otis, OR
Hours & Dates: Full Time, year-round
Salary: $17.00-$18.50 starting wage per hour, DOE
Reports to: Facilities Director

B’nai B’rith Camp seeks a dynamic, experienced Housekeeper and Facilities Maintenance Assistant to help maintain the BB Camp facilities. The Housekeeper and Facilities Maintenance Assistant is responsible for assisting in maintaining the property, including but not limited to the interior of buildings, including floors, carpet, rugs, windows, walls, and the outdoor grounds. This position is responsible for assisting in maintaining and improving BB Camp’s physical spaces. This includes, but is not limited to, maintenance needs, cleaning common areas, maintaining and improving landscaping, and assisting on large ongoing maintenance projects, as well as preparing linen packages.
The right candidate will have the ability to work cooperatively as a team member and maintain positive working relationships. They will possess skills required to perform single, technical tasks and occasionally upgrade skills to meet changing job conditions. The ideal candidate for this position will be adaptable to a fast-paced, regularly changing environment and will perform the job's essential duties with professionalism.
The position will be joining the janitorial and maintenance team. This team is currently working to creatively enhance BB Camp’s physical spaces through various projects. It is an exciting time at BB Camp, as we are continuing to grow and this position is an excellent opportunity to be part of that success.
