We manage a busy oceanfront rental property between Yachats and Florence and we're looking for a reliable backup housekeeper.
It typically takes about 3-4 hours to clean, which includes washing linens, changing sheets, vacuuming, cleaning the hot tub including chemical maintenance, restocking toiletries, etc. Typical turnovers must take place between 11am and 4p.
Our rate is $100 per cleaning, using the Turno app to coordinate schedules and pay.
We have a primary housekeeper, but things come up and we need reliable backup. There will likely be an average of one to two turnovers per month available.
This property is special to us and it is important to us to find the right fit for this role. Ideally, you would be a 30-minute or less drive from the property.
