25 Room Boutique Hotel - Family Owned in Lincoln City, OR

Looking for Front Desk Agent/Bartender

We are seeking a Front Desk Agent/Bartender/Kitchen Capable to join our team. The ideal candidate would have food service experience and excellent customer service skills. We are a 25 room boutique hotel with a Pizza pub that has a full premise OLCC license

This position is a hybrid. As it will be part “front desk agent” for our hotel and simultaneously also “bartender/pizza chef”. So multiple hats to wear at the same time. Excellent customer service skills are essential.

Front desk responsibilities of this position do require computer use and answering the phone.

Must have your OLCC serving license and Food Handler’s Card.

Hours for this position are:

4 nights a week

Thursday -Sunday nights

Thursday & Sunday night hours are 4:30PM to 9:30PM

Friday & Saturday night hours are 4:30PM to 10:30PM

On occasion other nights may be added. Along with additional hours to these shifts listed above should the business require more.

In Summer, the restaurant is open more days so position will work 5 days.

If you’re willing to do housekeeping also, we may have an opportunity for more hours than listed.

Start date for the job:

January 23rd-25th evening shift for Training

January 30th for the first day working the position on your own.

Responsibilities:

- Greet and check-in guests in a friendly and professional manner. In the evenings our bar is our front desk.

- Handle guest inquiries and provide information about hotel services

- Process guest payments and maintain accurate records

- Assist with reservations and room assignments

- Bartending- take, serve drink orders to our valued customers

- Take, serve and assist with preparing food orders - Cashiering, handling money, closing the register at end of shift. - Other responsibilities include dishwashing, food restocking, cleaning etc.needed to run a restaurant. Along with additional job assignments that the hotel business requires. -We are a small business, so tasks employees are assigned cross over many areas that are not limited just to the restaurant/bar.

Must be able to work well with a team and also independently

Must be able to lift/push/carry/pull 25 to 30 pounds, and walk up stairways daily.
