Summary of Position:

This role is a vital part to our team and dealership as a whole! It is our front line to guests and the first and last person a guest will meet with through out sales process. In this role one will be providing an excellent guest experience while taking sales direction from our management team. A Sales Professional is very knowledgeable on our products, what we have to offer, stays in contact with our guests and follows our sales process to its entirety to ensure the guest will take care of as well as the dealership. The ideal candidate will have fantastic people skills, strong communication skills, able to follow processes through their entirety and be eager to learn and stay educated on current products.

Duties & Responsibilities: (will include but not limited to)

Meet & greet all guests; provide an excellent guest experience.

Follow up and communicate with guest accordingly.

Identify new guests on lot and assist them accordingly.

Follow direction and overcome purchasing objections with management.

Initiate communications with guests and set appointments.

Stay in contact consistently with leads assigned to you, follow up with guests throughout engagement process.

Log and keep track of all communications with guests in company CRM/VinSolutions

Be present for shift on time and throughout shift.

Stay updated with all Manufacturer(s) and dealership training; be expert level product knowledge and company systems.

Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications/Skills:

Great personality and people skills are a plus.

Strong communication skills (oral and written)

Must have basic computer skills; Microsoft Office, email, texting and CRM.

Must be able to follow direction, company processes/procedures and execute a plan in real time.

Must be teachable.

While performing job duties always executing a great guest experience

Must be able to pass a background and drug test prior to employment.
