Bookkeeper for Buffalo Lumber (https://www.buffalo-lumber.com ) needed. Contract position, permanent.
Required skills: knowledge of Quickbooks, record invoices, manage vendor & contractor payments, balance / reconcile multiple accounts, keep an eye on revolving bills (most have auto-pay enabled already), weekly cash flow meetings(1 to 1 1/2 hours usually), some knowledge of small business tax helpful. This is a remote work position; required equipment would be laptop and cellphone. Hours could be 10-15 per week during first 2 weeks for onboarding; likely 5-8 hours ongoing.
