Description We are offering an opportunity for a Customer Service Representative role with one of our clients located in Oregon City, Oregon. This role is to provide empathetic listening and problem-solving skills to callers experiencing housing instability or homelessness. The role also involves navigating a high volume of calls and referrals within the Homeless Management Information System. Please apply today for immediate consideration. This is a long-term contract position requiring the ability to work onsite in Oregon City.Responsibilities: Conduct questionnaires over the phone and manage a high volume of calls Navigate proprietary systems and make referrals for qualified individuals Ensure strict confidentiality, as well as professional boundaries and ethics Apply active and empathetic listening skills and creative problem-solving to help individuals Coordinate between multiple community partners Strong database navigation skills Efficient data entry Provide trauma-informed customer serviceRequirements Must have 1-2 years of prior experience in Customer Service over the phone Proficient in Typing with a speed of 45+ WPM Administrative Assistance skills are essential Ability to handle answering Multi-Line Phone Systems Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites is a must Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities Ability to work effectively in a team environment Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretionRobert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
