The Boswell Group LLC is a real estate investment company, and is looking for a highly motivated individual to fill an immediate full-time position. This position requires someone who is versatile and able to multitask. The required tasks vary from day to day as the business encompasses a wide range of activities. We see each project as a new adventure and are looking forward to adding the right candidate to our team. Real estate experience is a plus, but it is not necessary. Our hours of operation are regular business hours. However, there is some flexibility with regard to schedule. The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements.

Responsibilities
Create Excel spreadsheets (you will be required to take a skills assessment test)
Use Microsoft Word for various tasks (you will be required to take a skills assessment test)
Perform extensive data entry
Organize electronic and paper files
Create photo lists
Answer a large volume of phone calls
Respond to a large volume of emails
Hiring contractors and overseeing work
