What You’ll Do
1. Mechanical & Tire Repair:
Diagnose, repair, and maintain semi-trucks and trailers both in-shop and on the road.
Mount, dismount, and replace tires for commercial vehicles (including roadside assistance
calls).
Inspect tires and vehicles for additional mechanical issues or maintenance needs.
2. Roadside Service Calls:
Respond to breakdowns in all weather conditions to perform mechanical and tire services.
Communicate effectively with customers regarding the scope of work, estimated timelines,
and any additional concerns.
3. Equipment & Safety:
Operate a fully stocked service vehicle and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
Adhere to all safety protocols to protect yourself, customers, and fellow team members.
4. Customer Interaction & Communication:
Represent CFS with professionalism, ensuring top-tier customer service.
Keep customers informed on repair status and next steps.
5. Additional Tasks:
Perform routine shop tasks, assist with inventory management,
