Job Title: Paving & Sealcoating Laborer

Job Overview:
We are seeking hardworking and reliable laborers to join our paving and sealcoating crew. This is a physically demanding outdoor job that requires teamwork, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic. Responsibilities:
Assist with asphalt paving and sealcoating projects, including surface preparation, material handling, and cleanup.
Operate basic equipment such as blowers, brooms, and squeegees.
Ensure job sites are clean and safe.
Follow instructions from crew leaders and supervisors.
Work efficiently to meet project deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
Perform general labor duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting up to 50 lbs. and working in various weather conditions.
Prior experience in paving, sealcoating, or construction is REQUIRED. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to and from job sites, is a MUST.
Ability to work flexible hours, including some weekends, as needed.
Strong work ethic, punctuality, and ability to work as part of a team.
