A qualified mechanic will have a thorough understanding of the workings of bicycles and electric bikes, be capable of evaluating service needs on a broad range of bicycle types, communicate clearly with customers about recommended service, and execute the service in a manner consistent with Piccadilly Cycles’ established high standards. Responsibilities, in addition to performing bicycle service, include building new bicycles, completing both sales and service transactions using a POS, and giving full support to sales staff.
