Well established HVAC company has a position open in the parts and warranty processing department. Must be dependable, detail oriented, able to multi-task, work independently as well as with the team. This is a faced paced job; you will be interrupted by deliveries and customers throughout the day and need to be able to pick up where you left off.
Important Duties
- Maintaining stock of all parts.
- Processing parts requests.
- Ordering new equipment.
- Authorize Home Warranty parts and new equipment.
- Obtain appropriate permits for installations.
- Correcting and changing invoices to reflect correct pricing for parts and warranty parts.
- Scheduling new system installation appointments
- Obtaining prior authorization for repair costs from customers and home warranty company.
- Processing warranty parts and equipment
- Processing Home Warranty returns in a timely manner.
- Able to work with outside vendors.
- Prepping installation folders for jobs.
Requirements
- Able to lift, push, pull 50+lbs.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft office.
- Written and oral communication.
- Working knowledge of basic computer systems such as email, internet, and web-based portals.
- Well organized
- Excellent customer service
- Strong mathematical, and problem-solving skills.
