Commercial and Residential Management Group (CRMG) is looking for a Maintenance Technician I who can perform the daily upkeep and cleanliness of the buildings, landscaping, amenities, parking lot, and trash areas at the 88-unit apartment community of Brentwood Village Apartments. This conventional property has up to date amenities including an outdoor pool, pet stations and a laundry facility.
The Maintenance Technician I will assist with essential maintenance duties including repairs, carpentry, electrical, painting, landscaping, and plumbing tasks under the guidance of experienced maintenance technicians. The Maintenance Technician I must have amazing attention to detail, time management skills, and be comfortable managing work orders using technology.

Location: Brentwood Village (Medford, OR)
Hourly Rate: $19-$20/hr. (DOE)
Schedule: FT, Monday to Friday, 8am - 4:30pm
Weekly Contracted Hours: 40 hrs.
Additional Compensation: A monthly $50 cell phone stipend, mileage reimbursement, and a 30% discount on rent.
