Pacific Earthworks is looking for new team members!
We are an excavation contractor that specializes in gravel roads, French drains, retaining walls, septic installations, foundations and more.
We are looking for general workers, this position will require lots of manual labor (shoveling, raking, greasing equipment, loading and unloading supplies, etc) but will also include operation of heavy equipment depending on experience.
We are looking for people with positive attitudes who are happy to show up to work, don’t mind working late, ready to learn and above all take pride in safety and quality of work!
No experience needed to apply, we are willing to train you if you are willing to show up with a good attitude and take pride in your work.
We cannot guarantee full time work, but our schedule is filling out for this summer. Looking for people who are able to be flexible on scheduling for now as we scale our operations.

Pay starts at $23 per hour. Guaranteed $5 per hour raise after 3 months from start date.
