ESSENTIAL QUALITIES AND STANDARDS
· displays an ability to start and finalize estimates and insurance-related supplements on multiple automobile makes
· possesses the skills to sell the services we offer and to upsell these services with confidence
· desires to serve a small, fast-paced, family-owned production shop
· displays confidence in serving multiple insurance companies and meeting their varied requirements
· has a passion to profit mutually from a high-quality, top-end product and service
· has thorough understanding of repair turnaround time related to collision, paint, automotive, and detailing departments
· displays a thorough knowledge of CCC One, Parts Trader, All Data, and other estimation-related platforms
· has no problem assisting in an automotive service writer role for two busy mechanics
· shows respect for our drug-free workplace and zero tolerance for in-house politics
· has 3+ years experience serving as a high-level estimator
· takes ownership and pride in performing excellent work
· shows accountability for their mistakes and course-corrects when necessary
· displays a positive attitude and has a dependable character
· shows up on time and stays until the workload and demands have been fulfilled
· is a self-starter who pays absolute attention to detail
· has a strong SAFETY-FIRST mindset
