Description:
At DJS Bump and Paint we are a busy and well-established auto body shop looking for a motivated Auto Body Tech Helper to join our team. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the automotive repair industry while working alongside experienced technicians.
Job Responsibilities:
Assist technicians with vehicle disassembly and reassembly
Prep vehicles for paint (masking, sanding, taping)
Clean and organize work areas and tools
Perform light bodywork as needed
Pick up parts and run errands (valid driver’s license required)
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Requirements:
Basic knowledge of auto body repair tools and procedures
Must be reliable and punctual
Able to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet all day
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Willingness to learn and take direction
Some experience in an auto body or mechanic environment is a plus
