We are searching for an energetic and driven Battery Route Sales Rep. You would be great in this position if you thrive off building relationships with customers, helping them understand their product inventory, providing product offerings and educating them on the value of their warranty programs. The Motive Energy-Battery Sales Representative is responsible for developing new business and maintaining existing business within the assigned territory for our market with a strong emphasis in Battery Sales. He/she will administer all aspects of the sales cycle for customers, help to proactively develop business relationships, expand the customer base, respond to customer needs and inquiries in a timely fashion, and consistently grow the business.
This role requires excellent organizational skills and ability to manage a variety of concurrent tasks and information, all while providing the necessary persistent follow up and follow through to deliver an exceptional level of service to both internal and external customers.
We offer a competitive salary and commissions that are uncapped.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22 to start + uncapped commissions. After 90-day probationary period, hourly will go to $23 and evaluations every year.

Qualifications and Requirement's
Be 21 years or older
Have a clean driving record
Pass a background check
Be able to repeatedly lift 50 pounds or more
Pre-employment physical, drug screen, motor vehicle record and criminal background check are administered as a condition of employment
Restocking and managing our customer’s battery inventory
Provide information on our entire battery offering
Process warranties and retrieve battery cores for return to our warehouses
Minimum of 1-year Battery Sales experience required
